Where to Find the Weekly Preview

Every Friday, we post the weekly preview for the following week on the whiteboard. You can see the WOD for each day, and get a sense for the variety and overall plan. For instance, this week you will see the following:

  • Time domain: workouts varying from 15-40 minutes

  • Lifts: Sumo deadlift, power clean, push press and power snatch

  • Skills: Double unders, toes-to-bar, rope climbs and GHD sit-ups

  • Workout Highlights

You will also see an Extra Work section that gives you several extra workouts or skill sessions that you can do on your own after class or during our 5 ½ hours of open gym that we offer daily. These extra sessions will also show up in Wodify every Monday.
