Josh Watson and Daniel Silva each have over 1,000 hours of training and more than 20 years of combined experience. Both have athletic backgrounds and extensive experience working with athletes of all levels. While their styles differ, each offers a deep, therapeutic approach tailored to your needs — blending techniques like sports and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, shiatsu, cranial sacral, cupping, and rolfing to help you recover, move freely, and feel your best.
