Endurance & Running Classes

Cardio-focused workouts to build your engine and boost performance. Our Endurance classes use rowing, biking, running, and longer intervals to improve stamina and fat-burning. Ideal for runners, cyclists, and anyone looking to complement CrossFit. In warmer months, Track Classes meet at local Boulder tracks for race prep or a serious fitness kickstart. Open to all levels.

Functional Strength Training
