Group Classes

CrossFit

Our core offering combines strength, conditioning, and skill work to build lasting fitness. You’ll train with barbells, bodyweight movements, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, kettlebells, and more. Every class is led by a coach and designed to keep you progressing, engaged, and challenged. There’s simply nothing more effective for getting stronger, leaner, and fitter. Open to all levels.

Functional Strength

Build usable strength with simple, effective strength training that builds muscle, improves posture, and boosts joint health. Ideal for anyone wanting to get stronger without the intensity of a full CrossFit class.

Endurance & Track

Cardio-focused classes that improve stamina, speed, and fat-burning using longer intervals of running, rowing, biking, box jumps, jump rope and more. Seasonal Track classes are held outdoors and focus on race prep and running form.

Olympic Lifting

For athletes ready to take lifting to the next level. These classes focus on progressive barbell work—back squats, deadlifts, bench press, cleans, and snatches. Led by a world record holder in the clean and jerk, you'll get expert coaching to lift heavier, move better, and build lasting strength.

Women’s Strength

An expertly led strength class designed to help you build confidence with weights, improve technique, and get stronger in a fun, empowering environment. You'll focus on lifts like squats, presses, and deadlifts, plus accessory work for muscle tone, joint health, and functional strength. Open to all levels—no experience needed.

Yoga

Recovery-based classes designed for active people. Improve mobility, flexibility, and body awareness while reducing stress and injury risk. A great complement to strength and high-intensity training.

Open Gym

Train on your own time in one of Boulder’s best-equipped gyms. Make up a missed workout, follow your own program, or work on skills and recovery—all included in your membership. All class programming is available in our app, and we also offer Competitor and PRVN HYROX tracks for athletes looking to level up.
