Check out the previous myths below!

The term "fix" implies that something is broken and not whole. You, as a human being, are whole and do not need "fixing". Personally, I don’t believe in fixing people. I am more curious about working with the whole of a person. While yes, I am quite good at helping people get out of back pain, restore shoulder range-of-motion, relieve headaches, etc, just because I help them get rid of a symptom doesn’t mean that I "fixed" them. I believe I am simply putting input into the client’s body and ultimately, it is up to them and their nervous system to create actual, lasting positive change. I want to help you empower your body to have its own solutions. Your body wants to move towards balance. It wants to come back into alignment. It simply needs enough of the correct input to get there.

"An effective human being is a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts."
