Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond butter
2 T mini dairy-free dark chocolate chips
2 T melted coconut oil
1 T hemp seeds
1 T raw honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well to create a cookie dough consistency.
Use hands to form into balls. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Freeze 5 minutes to set, then store in refrigerator. Enjoy when you need a quick energy boost!
