Ananda Turmeric Latte for Inflammation

Ingredients

  • Ananda Turmeric Tonic

  • Milk, coconut milk or almond milk

  • Spices like cinnamon nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, ginger, etc.

Directions

  1. Fill mug 2/3 with Ananda Turmeric Tonic and then the rest of the way with the milk of your choice.

  2. Heat on the stove top or in the microwave and stir in spices.

  3. You can also add honey if you like your lattes a little sweeter.
