Easy Blended Restaurant Salsa
Ingredients
1 28oz can organic diced, fire roasted tomatoes (I like Muir Glen)
1 bunch cilantro
½ onion (red or yellow)
4 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
Directions
Roughly chop ½ onion and add to bottom of blender.
Next add 4 cloves of garlic roughly chopped, leaves from one bunch of cilantro (some stems are fine), salt, pepper and canned tomatoes on top.
Pulse blender until blended together.
*Don’t overblend or it will have the consistency of ketchup.
