This week is all about recovery with purpose. Weâre easing up just a bit on the heavy lifting to give your body the reset it needs before we dive into next weekâs big strength testsâBack Squat, Deadlift, and Strict Press. That doesnât mean weâre slowing down completely though. Expect focused strength sessions, fun skill work, and conditioning that keeps your engine humming without overloading the system.
This is your chance to dial in technique, work on quality movement, and build momentum for whatâs to come. Letâs take care of our bodies, stay engaged, and finish this cycle strong!

Monday â Clean Complex: Get explosive with clean variations that build speed and refine your technique.
Tuesday â Bench & Carries: A combo to strengthen your upper body while giving the heavy joints a break.
Thursday â Deadlift & Strict Press Primer: A smart, lighter approach to prep you for next weekâs testing.
Friday â Overhead Squats: Challenging your control and mobility more than maxing out.
Sunday â 3RM Power Snatch: Wrap up the week with a fun power testâget sharp and strong.
Conditioning Highlights
Monday â Fast & Fierce: Barbell cycling and short intervalsâmove well and move fast.
Tuesday â Upper Body Burn: A punchy session to build endurance up top.
Wednesday â Murph Prep: Longer aerobic work to build grit and capacity.
Thursday â Push & Pull: A fun couplet of sumo pulls and handstand push-ups.
Friday â Grip & Grit: A triplet with minimal restâchallenge your grip and mental focus.
