This pandemic has been rough for all of us, and it got many of us off track from our normal, healthy routines. Whether you’re exercising less, sleeping less, eating poorly, or having more to drink, we could all use a little reset.

What do I need to do: this will not be a restricted eating kind of challenge. Our focus is to consciously build simple habits that will lead to improved overall health and happiness. You will award yourself points based on the following:
Log workouts - this is the best way to be consistent and build a great habit, whether at home or in the gym
Write down what you eat and when - research shows that this simple step has a dramatic impact on what and when you eat (we’ll even supply the notebook)
Be in bed for 8+ hours
Eat a big ol' salad everyday to increase veggies, fiber and antioxidants
Consciously focus on your water consumption and try to get to 48 ounces
Complete three fitness tests that will track progress in strength and overall conditioning

+ How do I prep?
We will send details for prep the week before the Clean Challenge begins with all the details for how to prep
+ When do I prep?
We encourage you to prep the weekend before, with a grocery store run, and setting Sunday aside to create your meals for the week. We've found that weekly or bi-weekly meal prep is the best way to ensure you stay on track.
+ Is it ok if I start a little late?
Yes, of course! We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to jump on this Challenge on the first day. The idea is about bringing things into your life that enhance, not take away, so we want you to feel like you can start at any time (you can!) and still get a benefit from it.
+ What if I mess up by eating out?
Honestly? You're not "messing up" by eating out or having alcohol. The focus of this Challenge is to improve our habits gradually and with patience for ourselves. Part of a balanced approach to fitness and health is a little wiggle room!
+ Can non-members (like members of my family) do it, too?
Yes, absolutely! They can join for $95, and We will have scorecards for them to print out. They will also be put on our email list to receive our weekly At Home programming emails, so they can get points for working out.
