Strength training is the most effective way for 35+ women to maintain vitality in the decades to come. There is nothing more important to build muscle, reduce injuries, lower body fat, and improve insulin sensitivity in order to support an active Boulder lifestyle into your 80s!

Is this CrossFit?

This is not a CrossFit class, it features strength classes and yoga classes.. In order to build longevity and make this program accessible to all, we keep the movements simple, dial back the intensity, focus on technique, and spend more time warming up and stretching.

No Intimidation Factor

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced athletes alike - we eliminate the intimidation factor.   Our compassionate professional coaches get to know you as an individual and focus on your priorities in a supportive community of like-minded women.


Just $50/week for Women’s Strength classes, Yoga, Sauna and Cold Plunge.

A Women’s Strength & Longevity membership is $212/month and features:

  • 4 Women’s Strength and 6 Yoga Classes per week.

  • Access to Sauna, Cold Plunge and Body Composition Scanner

  • Onsite Massage, Nutrition Consults and Physical Therapy


Drop-Ins are available for $30 for Women’s Strength and $20 for Yoga.  


First class is free for friends of NatureMed, The Little Yoga Studio and CrossFit Sanitas.  Special thanks to Dr. Kelly Parcell of NatureMed for the inspiration and partnership in developing this class, and to Kelly Elle and Rachael from TLYS for joining our coaching roster!
