HYROX Boulder FAQ

  • No. HYROX + Endurance is great for race prep, but you can also take the class if you simply want a challenging coached workout that combines strength and endurance.

  • Yes. You do not need to be an elite athlete. Our coaches can help you adjust the workout to your current fitness level.

  • We currently offer HYROX + Endurance classes 4 days per week.

  • A HYROX race includes running plus functional fitness stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

  • Yes. HYROX is more race-specific and combines running with set functional fitness movements. CrossFit includes a wider mix of strength, skill, and conditioning workouts. At Sanitas, many people use CrossFit, Strength, and HYROX + Endurance together.

  • We’re in central Boulder at 2525 Arapahoe Ave, near Sprouts and McGuckin.
