This week’s training blends technical lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning with a focus on balanced progress. We’ll start with clean complexes and barbell endurance, then hit posterior chain work and plyometrics. Midweek brings muscle-up skill work and high-volume gymnastics, followed by snatch speed and a bodyweight AMRAP. We’ll cap off the week with split jerks, partner workouts, and handstand walk progressions to test midline control and stamina.

Saturday: “Salmon & Waffles” – Leg Stamina and Midline Control Partner Workout
Sunday: “Spicy Tuna Roll” – Handstand Walk Focused Gymnastics Conditioning Piece.

The score will be total time spent on your hands in the month of June. This can be freestanding, wall facing handstand holds, or back supported handstand holds. Lets get inverted and work on that straight arm strength!
