PairUP ThrowDOWN

You’ve probably noticed some equipment being moved around the gym lately.  What you may not have noticed is the recently cleaned and organized front desk area.  Unless… you received a prize pack this past weekend at the CrossFit PairUP ThrowDOWN competition!  Cleaning the front desk led Josh and I to discover all sorts of goodies; expired energy shots, fidget spinners, socks, dryer sheets, a mini champagne bottle and tons of sunscreen samples.  Awards were earned by teams “for exhibiting excellent team spirit, spreading Sanitas community vibes and CrossFitting wicked hard with a friend” and of course plenty of fitness was had by all.

We saw members plan outfits together like Joe and Rachel as Beauty and the Beast, creative team names from Erin and Brennan (dropping in from Florida) and aptly named “We’re Not at Sea Level Anymore” as well as the return of long time member Laura Tingle!  There’s no shortage of things to look forward to at Sanitas this summer with mask requirements being lifted, team and partner workouts returning and more can’t miss events in the works!
