Thank you for your thoughtful response to the member survey. We received about 2,000 comments and have read every word.
There were hundreds of appreciative and complementary quotes that filled us with joy and reminded us why we do what we do every day. There was a lot of clarity on the diversity of things that matter most to you all. And there was no shortage of direct feedback on what we can do better.
We spent many hours learning new AI tricks with Coach Claude, as we synthesized and distilled your comments into a continuous improvement plan for the gym and each of our coaches.

Here are the key areas for improvement
- Hire a world-class full-time head coach. Check
- Repair the 10 pound plates (Check) and get the older barbells spinning better (in progress)
- Improve the cleaning of the facility (in progress)
- Consistent 100% engagement from all coaches
- A specific Continuous Improvement Plan for each coach

- More consistent focus from all coaches on teaching skills and technique
- More consistent engagement (no cellphone from coaches - *ipad only for spotify and timers!)
- Accountability to you for delivering against this plan!
- More consistent focus on teaching members skills and technique
- Provide more time for mobility
- Build more community both in classes and outside the gym – Community board at water fountain/ whatsapp group?
- Equipment investment plan (bars, 10# plates, rower displays)
- Dogs – if aggressive asked to leave; south rig on leash, not near sitting area
