You asked for it - free yoga @ cfs!

For the first time in our history we are adding weekly yoga classes at the gym. These are free to all members. And we will even be providing free mats for your use.

All classes:

- Require no prior yoga experience.

- Are specifically designed to aid recovery, improve balance and flexibility, and complement CrossFit.  

- Are specificaly tailored to the CrossFit movements programmed for the week.

- Are 60 minutes long, but are set up so you can choose to join for just the first 30 or second 30 minutes if your schedule is tight.

- Are taught by expert instructors (Kelly has taught over 10k people yoga for over 20 years, founded The Little Yoga Studio, and is a former Sanitas member;  Rachael was lead instructor at The Little Yoga Studio).

-  Offer $20 drop-ins so you can invite a friend.

Initial schedule*:

M / Tu / W:    1:30p.  (after 12:30p classes)

M / W:   6:30p.  (after 5:30p classes)

Sat: 11:30a (after 10:30a class)

Sun: 12:15p (after 11a class)

* Note we are experimenting with the best time slots, so pleass expect schedule changes once we get going...
